It’s working fine for me, though that might be because it’s been 9 hours since you posted this and something changed. Try it again?
If it’s not working when you’re at the last step of downloading the file, you might need to refresh/reload the page. If it’s not working when you’re trying to reach frdl itself, try renaming the .pw to .fi and vice versa (or whatever the “.-” suffix is for frdl at that moment since it changes often).
